terms & Cancellations
Please carefully read the following terms and policies before you confirm your recording session.
- Payment of scheduled studio hours must be paid in full to secure your date/time of recording. We cannot accept partial payment or a payment on the day of your session. Failure to pay in advance may forfeit your session for another paying customer. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash and PayPal.
- All studio sessions are scheduled based on availability, date/time and subject to change. A strict 24-hour cancellation policy will be enforced and may forfeit your promotional discount(s).
- Minimum studio time is 2-hours per customer. Additional hours may be purchased and cleared in advance of your session. Your session starts the moment you walk in the door!
- One (1) Master CD will be provided at the end of your session. If you would like additional copies, there will be a $5.00 charge/per CD.
- Please allow for mixing/mastering time if that is included in your designated studio hours.
- Love & Laughter Music, LLC is not responsible for storing data of your recording. All recorded data will be stored in our hard drives for a maximum of 30-days. If you do not transfer the data to your own hard drive, or request we store it for future use there will be an additional $25.00 data storage fee per customer.
